Oak View Group is seeking a Graphic Design & Video Editor to support PeoplesBank Arena and the Hartford Wolf Pack with brand-forward creative for fans across social and in-arena moments. This onsite role in Hartford, CT combines graphic design, motion, and video editing to help build recognition and excitement through timely marketing assets and game-day storytelling.
Role Summary
In this position, you will design social, print, and web graphics and also shoot and edit videos for social media and in-arena game presentation. Your work will help connect campaign concepts and game-day energy to visuals that reflect the PeoplesBank Arena and Hartford Wolf Pack brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphics for multiple channels, including social media posts, banners, motion graphics, advertisements, and print materials for platforms such as X, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that support the goals and brand objectives of PeoplesBank Arena and the Hartford Wolf Pack.
- Maintain a consistent aesthetic and brand identity across marketing assets.
- Shoot and edit videos using raw footage and motion graphics to support social content and in-arena game presentation.
- Keep pace with industry trends, social media platform changes, and emerging technologies to improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content.
- Coordinate with the content team to deliver graphics on time for ongoing marketing and promotions, including game days, events, and community initiatives.
- Work internally to optimize creative campaign performance and experiment results, and iterate on creative based on data and analytics.
- Develop skills continuously and explore new creative techniques.
- Communicate creative ideas in a collaborative environment.
- Work a majority of arena events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Video Production.
- 2-3 years of design or video editing experience, preferably in sports and/or entertainment.
- Ability to provide a portfolio representative of a broad range of skills and creative output.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other graphic design tools.
- Video production experience with Adobe Premiere is preferred but not required.
- Strong technology skills, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range is USD 50,000 - 55,000 per year, based on experience. The role offers Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, a 401(k) Savings Plan with 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off including vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays.
Location: Hartford, CT (onsite). Experience level: 2+ years.
