Senior Motion Designer

Senior Motion Designer for Amazon.com Services LLC, onsite in New York, NY, leading motion design and production for Amazon Devices campaigns and launches from concept through final delivery, with a salary range of USD 141,000 to 190,700 per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end motion design and animation for assigned campaigns and launch moments, from concept to final delivery.
• Craft styleframes, storyboards, and motion concepts that translate brand strategy into moving visuals.
• Edit and finalize film and motion assets for keynote presentations, campaigns, and social deliverables.
• Collaborate with creative directors and art directors to develop and present motion concepts and branding territories.
• Coordinate with editors, sound designers, and production teams to keep motion projects on schedule and technically robust.
• Provide feedback and technical guidance to junior motion designers on the team.
• Uphold evolving technical and craft standards for motion deliverables across varying formats and platforms.

Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience.
• Public online portfolio.
• Experience directing motion designers, illustrators, writers, and content creators.
• Experience collaborating with technical partners to implement designs.
