Song Life (Accenture) is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art based in Philadelphia, PA for an onsite role. This position oversees art direction across a brand or a group of brands, shaping visual strategy and maintaining creative quality throughout project delivery.
Role Overview
The Associate Creative Director, Art will lead the overall visual strategy for assigned accounts, ensuring high standards across all deliverables. The role partners with account teams and creative leads, contributes to new business pitches, and presents creative work to clients while supporting quality and operational efficiency across projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee art direction for a given brand or group of brands, owning overall visual strategy and creative quality by maintaining high standards on all projects.
- Collaborate with Art Directors and Copywriters to develop and implement creative ideas and brand projects aligned to marketing objectives and informing strategy.
- Serve as a creative partner to the account team by assimilating feedback from and to corporate clients.
- Provide the account team with information related to turn-around times, schedules, and the status of creative projects.
- Apply understanding of the target audience and marketing goals for each assigned brand.
- Take a creative and strategic role in new business pitches.
- Provide guidance to junior and mid-level Art Directors.
- Propose future initiatives for all assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with the account team to ensure quality and efficiency across creative and brand projects, and troubleshoot when needed.
- Present creative ideas and brand work to clients.
- Represent the agency as a client liaison.
- Travel may be required based on business needs and client requirements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of art direction experience at an advertising agency preferred.
- Portfolio including examples of both digital and print work, with experience on pharma or healthcare clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly pick up therapeutic areas, interpret medical data, and learn new concepts.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
- In-depth understanding of branding, strategy, and marketing.
- Strong conceptual ability with sound aesthetic judgment.
