Marketing Graphic Design Specialist

Simformotion, LLC is seeking a Marketing Graphic Design Specialist to support hybrid remote work from Peoria, Illinois. In this role, you will create and refine marketing graphics across print and digital channels, develop interactive curriculum visuals, and assist with ongoing website content and WordPress-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop print and digital marketing collateral, including product briefs, infographics, digital ads, and email campaigns; update materials as needed.
• Create interactive graphics for curriculum materials.
• Manage multiple brands’ design work while maintaining and following brand guidelines.
• Coordinate and attend video shoots as required; edit video assets to produce promos and explainers.
• Support social media content development.
• Monitor and execute multiple initiatives and projects at the same time.
• Stay current with digital technology developments and make recommendations as appropriate.
• Assist with WordPress website management, landing pages, data capture forms, and other website design responsibilities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues in WordPress as they arise.
• Partner with the internal marketing team to publish fresh content on an ongoing basis; optimize content for SEO, lead conversions, and engagement on company sites.
• Learn and understand the company’s product lines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing and graphic design.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; Articulate Rise experience required, with additional creative, visual, interactive, and multimedia tools as a plus.
• Experience with website design and/or WordPress development, including understanding of WordPress, plugins, and themes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Commitment to continual learning and applying new skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills, with superior attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Sugar Market CRM experience is a plus.
