Design systems: hands-on experience building or owning a design system, with strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design

Experience with regulated or high-stakes products (healthcare, clinical, or other high-compliance environments)
Work on LLM feature design in a shipped product
Personal workflow comfort with AI tooling, including judgment about when it helps
Design education (degree in design, HCI, or related) or an equivalent portfolio and experience
