Marketing Coordinator - Graphic Design & Events

This on-site Marketing Coordinator role based in Orlando, FL 32819 combines graphic design with events management to create offline marketing materials and coordinate trade shows, collaborating with the global marketing team to maintain brand consistency across U.S. channels. The position offers an hourly pay range of USD 19–23.

Responsibilities

• Craft offline marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, advertisements, and product data sheets.
• Prepare print-ready artwork suitable for production.
• Maintain cohesive branding across all offline assets.
• Support the development of new marketing concepts and visual campaigns.
• Plan and manage participation in trade shows and industry events.
• Coordinate booth design, logistics, and promotional materials.
• Liaise with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the online marketing specialist to align online and offline campaigns.
• Coordinate with the global marketing team based in Germany.
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with general marketing and office-related tasks as needed.
• Contribute ideas to enhance marketing initiatives and raise brand awareness.

Requirements

• A degree or background in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong design capabilities with an eye for layout, branding, and aesthetics.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
