Responsibilities

Conceptualize and deliver compelling visuals for digital platforms, print collateral, social media, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop branding strategies and ensure consistency across all visual assets.
Create and refine logos, icons, motion graphics, and digital art that strengthen brand recognition.
Design print advertising layouts, including brochures, posters, banners, and signage, with a strong focus on production standards.
Prepare design files optimized for multiple media formats using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW.
Develop interactive content including UI/UX designs for websites and CMS platforms like WordPress.
Apply front-end techniques using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and integrate video editing to produce multimedia content.
Ensure color accuracy and print readiness through color management and prepress procedures.
Utilize photography, photo editing, and digital art techniques to craft visually compelling imagery.
Present concepts clearly to stakeholders using tools such as InVision and incorporate feedback to refine designs.

Requirements

Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio featuring digital and print advertising campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects; familiarity with Sketch, Figma, CorelDRAW is a plus.
Skilled in typography design for various media channels along with a solid understanding of color theory and layout principles.
Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with WordPress or other content management systems preferred.
Knowledge of motion graphics creation using After Effects or similar tools; video editing experience is advantageous.
Strong understanding of print production processes including file preparation for print and prepress procedures.
Excellent presentation and communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Background in digital art creation, sign manufacturing processes, or production design is beneficial but not mandatory.
