Responsibilities

• Design and refresh wholesale catalogs, promotional pieces, signage, and other marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
• Develop product line expertise, including new releases, discontinued items, pricing changes, and ordering requirements
• Travel to trade shows across the United States several times per year to represent the company
• Set up and dismantle trade show booths and displays
• Engage with customers, answer product questions, and take orders during events
• Follow up on leads and opportunities generated from trade shows
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional projects
• Support social media content and email marketing campaigns (experience in these areas is a plus)
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Office applications to manage projects and communications

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person at trade shows
• Graphic design, marketing, or sales experience is preferred
• Experience with social media management or email marketing is a plus
