Marketing Flyer & Visual Design Specialist (Casual / Occasional)

Cambridge Bay Health, doing business as Cambridge Bay CPR Solutions, is seeking a Marketing Flyer & Visual Design Specialist for casual, project-based work to handle overflow design tasks. The role centers on creating flyers, posters, and marketing visuals, crafting clear copy, and leveraging AI tools to produce fast, polished results. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates located in or near Lakeland, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, professional, and modern flyers, posters, and other marketing visuals
• Write or refine clear, persuasive copy and text for the materials
• Create or adapt designs that include Spanish text and proper bilingual layout
• Use AI tools efficiently (Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT/Claude, etc.) to deliver fast, polished results
• Collaborate quickly and clearly on revisions to meet project needs
• Deliver final files ready for print or digital use

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showing professional and modern flyer/visual design work
• Highly proficient with current AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva Pro, etc.) and standard design software
• Solid writing skills — able to craft effective, persuasive marketing text
• Comfortable working with Spanish language text and bilingual layouts (full Spanish fluency not required)
• Own laptop and design setup (active subscriptions to AI/design tools a big plus)
• Fast turnaround, reliable communication, and attention to detail
• Local to the Lakeland, FL area preferred
