Job Description

Based in Orlando, FL on-site, the Graphic Design Production Lead steers the end-to-end creation, quality control, and scalable delivery of visual design assets across all digital customer touchpoints. Positioned at the crossroads of brand, technology, and execution, this role ensures luxury-grade design intent translates into production-ready assets for online environments. It collaborates across design and development teams to align assets with business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain digital design production standards and workflows
  • Coordinate design specifications and implementation for customer web, customer mobile, and staff mobile app initiatives
  • Maintain consistency across customer-facing and internal toolsets
  • Collaborate with design and development teams
  • Oversee design tools and platforms in use
  • Set naming conventions, model structures, and version-control practices
  • Promote design reuse, modular components, and template-based production processes
  • Ensure outputs are compatible with downstream systems

Requirements

  • 8+ years in design production or BIM leadership
  • Extensive expertise with AEC design tools and workflows
  • Solid grasp of construction sequencing and constructability
  • Experience with large-scale developments and/or infrastructure projects
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into design standards
  • Customer-focused approach balanced with operational discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership and cross-disciplinary communication skills

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience working across multiple business units or industries
  • Effective stakeholder management and ability to align diverse teams around a shared data vision
