Creative Director, Design

What you’ll do

The Creative Director, Design leads creative vision and development across digital experiences and brand assets. You’ll guide the team from early concepts through final delivery, ensuring the work delivers consistent, polished visual experiences across channels.

• Develop and guide the organization’s overall creative vision
• Lead design projects from concept through final delivery
• Oversee visual design for digital products, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Establish brand guidelines and maintain design consistency
• Review creative work and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and creative resources
• Mentor designers and encourage innovation

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred)
• Extensive experience in design and creative leadership
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design and art direction
