Creative Director

Sharp Source IT is hiring a Creative Director to elevate a premium brand’s visual identity and creative direction across channels.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative vision and visual direction for the brand, maintaining a premium, cohesive, elevated aesthetic
• Create creative concepts and visual storytelling aligned with brand positioning, target audience, and business objectives
• Oversee development of campaigns and brand assets, including photography, video, digital content, retail assets, packaging, and related materials
• Define and uphold high visual standards across all touchpoints, focusing on composition, color, typography, imagery, and overall art direction
• Partner with marketing, brand management, product, and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions
• Direct photoshoots, production, and external creative partners as needed
• Ensure creative work reflects current beauty, fashion, and lifestyle and design trends while preserving a distinctive brand identity

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in creative direction, art direction, or brand design
• Proven experience working with luxury beauty, prestige personal care, or high-end personal care appliance brands
• Exceptional aesthetic judgment and a sophisticated understanding of premium visual identity, imagery, and brand presentation
• Strong portfolio showing elevated art direction, campaign development, visual storytelling, and brand consistency
• Experience directing photography, video, and integrated creative campaigns
• Ability to translate brand strategy into distinctive, polished, and commercially effective creative work
• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder alignment and collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards in a fast-paced environment

• Initial 3-month contract with opportunity to convert to a permanent position
