Graphic Design Specialist

As a Graphic Design Specialist in the Interior Design & Visual Merchandising team at IKEA US, you’ll help bring the IKEA concept and visual brand identity to life across the store. Based in Orlando, FL (onsite), this full-time, permanent role supports business growth through graphic communication that is aligned with the brand and delivered with cost-conscious care. You’ll work with a team that prioritizes co-worker wellbeing and an environment built on inclusivity.

What you’ll do

• Execute the department graphic communication action plan to help grow the business and increase profitability
• Produce and install in-store graphic communications that follow the IKEA concept and visual brand identity
• Support cost-efficient implementation of graphic communication while aligning to the company’s sustainability initiatives
• Partner with leadership to design store-specific printed materials
• Stay current on graphic communication and retail trends

What you bring

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
• Video editing skills to support graphic communication needs

Compensation & schedule

• Hourly pay range: $19.96 - $25.45
• 34–40 hrs/week
• Retail environment shift: must be able to work nights & weekends
