Creative Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant

Join a growing restaurant brand in Fort Worth and help shape how Pollos Asados El Canelo shows up online and in print. This part-time Creative Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant role blends design and content strategy, with a flexible schedule, competitive hourly pay, and room to grow. There is also potential to move into full-time employment and advance as the team expands.

Work setup: Onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Expected hours: 25.0 to 30.0 per week.

What you’ll do

• Generate creative marketing ideas, social media concepts, and engaging content strategies.
• Research trends and brainstorm hooks, scripts, and promotional campaign concepts.
• Create professional graphics for advertisements, flyers, menus, and social media posts.
• Support branding efforts, including merchandise designs and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the existing video production team to support marketing projects.
• Help organize content calendars and keep marketing projects on track.

What we’re looking for

• Strong graphic design skills.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.
• Understanding of Instagram and TikTok and how social media marketing works.
• A creative mindset with the ability to develop original ideas.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous marketing or graphic design experience preferred.
• Portfolio required to apply.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Language required: Spanish.
