Job Description

HH Global is seeking an Art Director to join a dedicated in-house global creative production team supporting a major Tech client. The role is responsible for developing and refining integrated marketing creative across US and LATAM markets, with measurable business impact and practical integration of generative AI into the production workflow.

Role Focus

Lead high-impact, visually compelling campaigns that align with the client’s global brand guidelines while remaining locally resonant for US and LATAM audiences. The position combines strategic creative direction with data-informed iteration, spanning ATL, BTL, and TTL execution.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute visually strong, strategically grounded creative assets aligned to global brand guidelines and tailored to US and LATAM audiences.
  • Deliver clear art direction and feedback to designers, copywriters, and production specialists to maintain high standards of creative excellence and technical quality.
  • Convert marketing objectives and data-driven insights into compelling visual narratives and actionable campaign concepts.
  • Ensure visual quality and consistency across multiple media formats, including digital advertising (display, social, video), email, web content, and occasional print/OOH.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the practical use of generative AI within the creative production cycle.
  • Create and implement efficient workflows that use AI to accelerate concept visualization, produce variations, adapt assets for different platforms and languages, and reduce time-to-market.
  • Ensure AI-generated content is ethically sourced, appropriately licensed where applicable, and compliant with brand safety and legal requirements.
  • Continuously explore new creative technologies to optimize production and maintain strong competitive performance in visual execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers, Strategists, and regional stakeholders to deliver culturally relevant and effective creative solutions for US and LATAM markets.
  • Prioritize digital-first assets designed to support paid media performance and drive immediate user actions such as clicks, downloads, and purchases.
  • Apply platform best practices, including social ad formats, optimal digital video lengths, and dynamic creative optimization, to maximize impact.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years as an Art Director, Creative Lead, or Senior Designer, preferably in an agency environment or an in-house creative team supporting a major global brand.
  • Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio with campaign work across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms, including examples that demonstrate measurable results such as acquisition and revenue.
  • Technical proficiency: Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Generative AI: Practical experience integrating generative AI tools into day-to-day design work, including prompt engineering skills and a portfolio showing successful AI-assisted asset production.
  • Market knowledge: Experience building campaigns and creative assets for US and LATAM consumer markets with cultural sensitivity.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Language: Spanish or Portuguese fluency is desirable but not required.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain creative rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
  • Production environment: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume workflows while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Data-informed approach: Use performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI to iterate and optimize creative assets.
  • Working style: Proactive, curious, and comfortable solving problems while staying current with design trends and technology advancements.

Compensation

USD 140,000 - 160,000 per year. Total compensation may include annual performance bonus targets, benefits, and/or other applicable incentives.

Additional Information for New York and California Applicants

The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,00 annually. Actual compensation packages depend on factors specific to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications, and work location. This range may differ in other locations due to labor cost differences.
