Senior Motion Designer

Gupta Media is hiring a Senior Motion Designer in Boston to develop motion work that connects across channels from concept to final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate ideas into standout, audience-connecting work across digital ads, billboards, web, video, print, and social media
• Drive projects from concept to completion, partnering with teams across ideation, creation, and implementation
• Present concepts and finished work to internal and external teams
• Maintain ownership of deliverables while actively seeking guidance and input to strengthen craft

Requirements

• Related 4-year degree
• 4+ years of agency experience
• Strong visual and motion design skills, with a portfolio showing how you extend a visual concept across multiple mediums
• Proven ability to take projects from concept to completion while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects
• Bonus: video editing experience with Premiere Pro
• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas to internal and external teams
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a growth mindset that includes seeking guidance and input

Compensation

• Anticipated base salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications
• Eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, based on company performance
