Job Description

Love Advertising is seeking a Senior Art Director in Houston, TX (hybrid) to lead hands-on creative for integrated campaigns across multiple channels. The role focuses on building strong brand systems, delivering high craft, and partnering with creative teams to concept and execute work end-to-end.

Role Overview

The Senior Art Director will concept and develop integrated campaign work across video, digital, social, print, OOH, email, web, and experiential. This position includes leading visual development from early moodboards through final production, while supporting cohesive, brand-consistent ideas across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and develop integrated campaigns spanning video, digital, social, print, OOH, email, web, and experiential
  • Lead visual development from moodboards through final production
  • Collaborate closely with Copywriters to develop cohesive ideas
  • Present work internally and to clients with clarity and confidence
  • Maintain and evolve brand standards across multiple clients
  • Oversee photo and video shoots as needed
  • Provide direction and feedback to Designers to elevate craft and consistency
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines
  • Drive momentum even when the brief is small

Requirements

  • 5 to 8+ years of agency or in-house experience
  • Strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking and high-level craft
  • Experience across multiple channels, with a digital-first mindset
  • Strong typographic and layout skills
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Ability to present and sell work internally and externally
  • Comfort mentoring junior creatives
  • Ability to work hybrid in Houston, or willingness to relocate

Work Model

This is a hybrid role based in Houston, TX. Love Advertising has a hybrid work policy requiring weekly time in the physical office, and the position is not remote.
