Dentsu Creative is hiring a Senior Art Director for a temporary assignment in a healthcare or health-adjacent context. This role supports integrated customer engagement and delivers the look, tone, and feel of on-strategy creative ideas across multiple mediums. The assignment begins ASAP and runs through 12/18, with the possibility of extension or conversion to permanent, though neither is guaranteed.
This is a W2-only position based in New York, NY (remote), with a preference for candidates located in or near Boston, Hartford (CT), Rhode Island, or New York. You’ll need to be available during Eastern Time (ET) business hours, and you must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.
What you’ll do
- Lead creative development by providing strong comping across multiple projects
- Create and refine creative solutions aligned to communication objectives, client nuances, and relevant timing or budget parameters
- Concept and art direct across deliverables, including campaigns, comps, storyboards, and mockups
- Support multiple clients and deliverables at once, balancing high-volume creative production with strategic customer engagement initiatives
- Stay self-motivated, organized, and resilient through shifting timelines, requests, and deliverables
What you bring
- 4+ years of experience in the creative advertising industry
- Customer wellness, healthcare, or health-adjacent industry experience (required)
- Ability to work during ET business hours
- Authorization to work and ability to reside in the United States (W2 only)
Role focus
The ideal candidate brings a broad mix of experience across integrated brand marketing and customer engagement, including retail, CRM, content, social, commerce, retail media, and highly regulated customer communications. This position requires leadership across both creative production and strategic engagement work, project by project.
Work location expectations
Dentsu supports offices around the world. Employees who live within commutable distance of a hub office, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are expected to work from the office three days per week (and two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Those outside a commutable range may be designated as remote depending on role and business needs. Regardless of location, flexibility is expected, including possible office attendance.
Compensation & temporary benefits
The hourly pay range is $53.74 - $71.65. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
