Product Designer

Foot Locker is hiring a Product Designer (onsite) in the United States to shape end-to-end digital customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Create high-visibility, high-traffic product experiences from concept through delivery to address customer needs and support business goals
• Work with cross-functional partners including product, engineering, and research to turn user needs, business requirements, and platform constraints into clear, engaging experiences
• Design consistent experiences across digital touchpoints while accounting for customer context, platform capabilities, and business needs
• Use a user-centered, data-driven design approach to ideate and iterate, progressing from sketches and wireframes to interactive prototypes
• Design within an enterprise design system and help grow it by contributing reusable components, patterns, and documentation
• Ensure accessibility by default by applying ADA and WCAG throughout design work
• Partner with engineering using design-to-code workflows, including reviewing builds against design specifications and performing QA across browsers, devices, and screen sizes
• Own assigned work from discovery through release, communicating status and design rationale with teams and stakeholders
• Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve quality

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of product design experience for digital products and experiences; e-commerce or retail experience is preferred
• Strong portfolio with shipped digital work, including multiple projects and clear explanations of your direct contributions
• Strong command of responsive design, interaction patterns, and information architecture, including how experiences adapt across touchpoints
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, variables, and design tokens
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards and practical application across digital experiences (ADA, WCAG)
• Experience working within and contributing to a design system
• Curiosity about AI-assisted design workflows and interest in emerging tools to speed up exploration, prototyping, and design-to-code handoff
• Comfort collaborating with engineers and understanding how design decisions map to implementation and release cycles
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
