Product Designer

Join Cella as a contract Product Designer in Beaverton, OR (onsite). In this role, you will shape end-to-end footwear design strategy and partner with cross-functional teams to bring innovative product lines to global markets. The position is designed for an experienced designer who enjoys translating complex ideas into prototypes and aligning creative direction with consumer and market needs.

Compensation: USD 61–64 per hour

What you’ll do

• Own full-lifecycle footwear design strategies, guiding development from concept through market-ready delivery across global markets.
• Lead creative teams across functions to raise the bar on product construction, build standards, and aesthetic execution.
• Use Adobe design suites and digital rendering tools to convert complex design concepts into compelling, market-ready prototypes.
• Apply solution-oriented design methodologies to address technical product challenges and respond to evolving consumer demands.

What you bring

• 10+ years of progressive footwear design experience within top-tier global athletic brands or competitors.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, footwear product construction fundamentals, and advanced 3D rendering tools.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, including people management and driving high-visibility market innovation.
• Strong consumer and market acumen, with a highly collaborative, solution-oriented mindset. Degree preferred.
