Job Description

Treinetic is hiring a Senior UI/UX Engineer in the United States for an onsite role. This position focuses on building intuitive, modern experiences across web and mobile, with an emphasis on turning Figma concepts into production-ready interfaces and maintaining strong UI/UX quality before releases.

You will lead and support design execution end to end, from requirements and planning through prototyping, responsive implementation, and ongoing improvements to reusable design systems. The work also leverages Figma, Figma MCP, and AI-powered design tools to speed up workflows and enhance design consistency.

What you’ll do

  • Design intuitive, modern, and responsive UI/UX for web and mobile applications using Figma.
  • Use Figma MCP, AI-powered design tools, and design automation to accelerate workflows and improve productivity.
  • Review business requirements and create structured UI/UX action plans, including wireframes, prototypes, and design deliverables.
  • Convert approved web designs into functional, responsive websites using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Produce essential graphic design assets using standard design software and AI-powered tools.
  • Lead and mentor UI/UX team members, supporting efficient task management and timely delivery.
  • Run UI/UX quality audits prior to product releases to maintain design consistency and usability.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to help ensure accurate design implementation.
  • Maintain reusable design systems and support high-quality mobile experiences for iOS and Android.
  • Continuously evaluate modern technologies and AI solutions to improve design quality and reduce turnaround time.

What you bring

  • 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio covering web and mobile applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma MCP, AI-assisted design tools, and modern automation workflows.
  • Ability to translate Figma designs into responsive websites using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Strong mobile UI/UX expertise, including responsive layouts and usability principles.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent AI-powered alternatives.
  • Strong skills in requirements analysis, design planning, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Ability to lead a design team, review deliverables, and maintain high UI/UX standards.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality designs within tight deadlines.
  • Practical AI proficiency, adaptability to modern design technologies, and fast turnaround are mandatory.
