Job Description

Agile Fuel is building a global marketing team and hiring a UI/UX Website Designer to help create on-brand, user-centered website wireframes for WordPress publishing. This remote role emphasizes a people-first approach: people-oriented management with no bureaucracy, a professional and friendly collaborative team, and opportunities for career development and professional growth.

You will work with stakeholders and web developers to support landing page creation and design feature development within Kadence Blocks. The day-to-day workflow centers on Figma and modern AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually engaging landing pages for specific campaigns, using clear hierarchy and prominent calls-to-action to maximize conversion.
  • Develop and iterate on drafts while following a single consistent brand system (color, font type, logos, and other standards).
  • Create new design features that align with a Kadence block structure or reuse existing blocks (for example: expert cards, FAQ accordions, and CTA banners), coordinating with the web developer around builder/theme constraints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing leadership, subject matter experts, and design peers to gather requirements and keep messaging, design, and technical execution aligned across all pages.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in web/UI/UX design, including hands-on work designing websites and landing pages.
  • A strong portfolio showing visual taste, layout structure, and typography, ideally with published page examples and proven conversion results.
  • Proficiency with Figma, plus awareness of how traditional design tools are evolving alongside AI technology.
  • Working understanding of current LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others, including strengths and weaknesses for UI/UX design.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to understand how designs translate into the WordPress CMS, along with comfort working within established brand systems and guidelines.
  • Understanding of web analytics to help ensure pages convert effectively.
  • A feedback-oriented approach, with the ability to iterate quickly based on stakeholder input.
  • Intermediate English level or higher.
