Job Description
Robotics Technologies is seeking an experienced UI/UX Engineer to lead UI/UX architecture, define design strategy, and drive user experience initiatives for scalable enterprise applications. This role focuses on translating requirements into flows and design deliverables, maintaining design systems, and ensuring that implementations are responsive, accessible, and consistent.
Key Responsibilities
- Own UI/UX architecture, design strategy, and user experience initiatives across enterprise applications.
- Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and design standards.
- Partner with product managers, business analysts, architects, and engineering teams to align on user needs and delivery.
- Create responsive and accessible interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation to confirm design decisions.
- Maintain consistency across visual design, interaction patterns, and the overall user experience.
- Work closely with front-end developers to support accurate implementation of designs.
- Optimize usability, performance, and accessibility in line with WCAG standards.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, engineering, or architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or comparable design tools.
- Expertise in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, user journeys, and interaction design.
- Experience building and managing enterprise-level design systems and component libraries.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience delivering responsive, mobile-first designs and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1/2.2 and usability best practices.
- Understanding of REST APIs, front-end architecture, and component-based development.
- Experience collaborating with Agile/Scrum development teams.

Role Details

- Compensation: USD 60 per hour
