Digital Designer

Workada is hiring a Digital Designer for contract work with a remote team. The role focuses on evaluating AI-generated outputs across multiple content types and providing clear, criteria-based explanations for quality and correctness.

Role Overview

This position involves reviewing AI model outputs for text, images, video, and documents. You will apply detailed evaluation criteria to identify issues, inconsistencies, and errors, then communicate your judgments with clear reasoning and justification.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate outputs from AI models, including text, images, video, and documents, against detailed criteria.
• Assess overall quality, identify errors and inconsistencies, and write clear, well-reasoned justifications for evaluation decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, completed or in progress.
• Excellent written English with strength in clarity, precision, and organization.
• Strong attention to detail.
• At least 1 year of experience in a role centered on reviewing or evaluating work against a standard, such as UI/UX design, graphic design, photography, video production, editorial, research, QA, or technical writing. Equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Technical setup: a desktop or laptop running Windows 10 (or later) or a recent version of macOS. Chromebooks, Linux-based systems, and tablets (for example, iPad or Surface in tablet mode) are not supported.
• Stable, high-speed internet with a minimum 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
