Digital Designer

Workada offers contract digital designer work with remote, flexible hours and a team environment built around accuracy and quality. You will be evaluating AI model outputs and creative and technical content, using detailed criteria and writing clear, well-reasoned justifications for your decisions. Responsibilities

• Evaluate outputs from AI models across text, images, video, and documents using detailed criteria.
• Assess overall quality, spot errors and inconsistencies, and ensure evaluations are accurate.
• Write clear, structured, and well-reasoned justifications that explain your judgments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, completed or in progress.
• Excellent written English with a clear, precise, well-organized style.
• Strong attention to detail and strong readers and writers with sound judgment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a role built around evaluating or reviewing work against a standard (examples: UI/UX design, graphic design, photography, video production, editorial, research, QA, or technical writing).
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Reliable device setup: Windows 10 (or later) desktop/laptop or a recent version of macOS. Chromebooks, Linux-based systems, and tablets (including iPad and Surface in tablet mode) are not supported.
• Stable, high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
• Comfort working with creative or technical material and evaluating it against a set of criteria.
• Takes quality seriously and can catch issues others may miss.
• Can follow detailed written guidelines independently.

Pay

$17/hr (USD). This is a contract position.
