Responsibilities

Own end-to-end UI design for assigned product verticals, from discovery through pixel-perfect delivery

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on product design experience (UI/UX) delivering digital products, web applications, or complex enterprise platforms from concept to launch
Strong portfolio showing complex interfaces with clear visual hierarchy and clean execution for data-dense applications
Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Expert-level Figma skills, including auto-layout, tokens, component variables, and interactive prototyping
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution within established design system and standards
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work through ambiguity, and maintain high design quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment
Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and discuss technical constraints and tradeoffs with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders
Demonstrated success using design to improve business and customer outcomes (patient satisfaction, engagement, retention, or operational efficiency)
AI fluency: understanding of in-product AI behavior (latency handling, confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop workflows) and interest in AI-assisted design tools
