- Design tactical touchpoints such as credit card application flows, benefits discovery, and rewards dashboards, ensuring each integrates naturally into the Loyalty framework and core shopping funnel.
- Address nuanced design challenges while meeting contractual obligations tied to the credit card provider, third-party vendor integrations, and complex business logic across customer state transitions.
- Craft experiences that are secure, clear, and transparent, helping build customer confidence when interacting with sensitive personal details (PII) and credit card application touchpoints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering, and commercial teams, as well as external credit card provider teams, translating requirements into solutions that are scalable and technically feasible.
- Use Figma with components and variants, supported by the internal design system, to create high-fidelity prototypes and enable clear developer handoffs.
What you bring
- 2+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft, end-to-end execution, and thoughtful UI/UX for responsive web and mobile apps.
- Deep proficiency in Figma, including UI components, variants, rapid prototyping, and design systems practices.
- Detail-oriented problem solving with a focus on edge cases, user state management, and clear information hierarchy.
- Strong communication skills to explain design decisions, present work effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in E-Commerce, Loyalty, or Credit Card/Rewards programs is highly preferred.
- Understanding of trust and transparency design principles when handling sensitive account details and application data.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience.
