Digital Designer

CHRISTIANBOOK LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Designer to create engaging digital experiences across email, paid media, and integrated marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create high-impact, branded email designs and supporting digital graphics
• Design digital creative for paid media and integrated marketing campaigns
• Build and optimize responsive email files
• Adhere to schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Partner with marketing and creative teams to turn strategy into visual assets on tight timelines
• Manage multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail

Requirements

• Use AI-assisted design tools to improve workflow efficiency
• Continuously look for ways to improve workflow and find efficiencies
• Expert proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Proficient understanding of the Klaviyo email platform
• Ability to work quickly and pivot based on feedback
• Strong skill in interpreting creative briefs strategically
• Understanding of email accessibility standards and cross-client testing
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Design
• 3–5 years of professional digital design experience
• Strong background in performance-driven creative (marketing and media design)
• Proven track record designing high-performing social media creative and conversion-oriented emails
• Experience supporting large or well-known brands with complex brand systems

Salary: USD 62,700 - 97,200 per yearly
