Job Description
LawnSynergy.com is hiring an E-commerce Marketing & Design Specialist in Mooresville, NC (onsite). This role blends digital marketing execution with hands-on design, helping drive traffic and conversions through campaigns, e-commerce updates, and customer-focused creative.
You’ll work with tools like Adobe, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Figma, along with experience producing video edits and marketing assets. If you enjoy building cohesive campaigns that connect ads, email, and product presentation, this position is a strong fit.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Adobe, Shopify, Klaviyo, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and social media to increase traffic and conversions.
- Design product labels and packaging inserts.
- Create visually engaging website elements, videos, email templates, and social media graphics using Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
- Manage website content updates through Shopify.
- Build marketing automation workflows in Klaviyo for targeted email campaigns that nurture leads and support customer retention.
- Collaborate with the content creation team on copywriting for product descriptions, ads, emails, and social media posts aligned with brand voice.
- Use social media management tools to schedule posts, engage with followers, and grow the online community.
What you’ll bring
- Strong Adobe Illustrator and Figma experience.
- Strong proficiency in Klaviyo for email marketing automation plus segmentation strategies and flows.
- Expertise designing UI/UX elements, wireframes, prototypes, and related digital assets.
- Creative thinking to produce engaging marketing ad content.
- Video editing experience is a must.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & InDesign); HTML/CSS coding skills are highly desirable.
- Ability to submit a portfolio of work.
Compensation & schedule
- Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year
- Experience: 1+ year
- Schedule: Flexible schedule
