Five Star Commerce is looking for a full-time Ecommerce Online Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Orem, UT team onsite. You will combine graphic design with hands-on Amazon/Walmart advertising management for client brands. Training is provided for the broader ecommerce and Amazon workflow, with a clear path to take on more responsibility over time.
What you’ll do
- Design product imagery and ecommerce creative, including product images, A+ content, and videos
- Manage Amazon/Walmart advertising campaigns within the advertising platform for clients
- Communicate with clients by email and conference calls to support ongoing account needs
- Recommend next actions for each client with the goal of maximizing Amazon/Walmart sales and profits
- Manage projects and tasks to keep work on schedule and maintain high quality
- Report to management on client progress, needs, and future recommendations
- Over time, learn additional Amazon skills including SEO, copywriting, storefronts, shipping & logistics, and more
What you’ll bring
- Graphic design experience
- Knowledge of Amazon/Walmart and the ecommerce industry (prior Amazon/Walmart marketing experience is a plus, not required)
- Pay-per-click advertising experience (a plus)
- Copywriting and internet marketing experience (a plus)
- Bright, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn, including initiative during the training period to study independently alongside formal training
- Full-time availability for 40 hours per week for the foreseeable future (exceptions for vacations and holidays)
- Experience working at an ecommerce marketing firm or product brand (a plus)
- No ownership or active management of your own Amazon selling account (any old seller account must be deleted before hire)
- Ability to speak a foreign language can be useful, but it is not required

Team, schedule, and process
You will be one of 12 team members working in the Orem, Utah area, typically during business hours (often 9-5). Workload varies, so some weeks may be lighter with the chance to head out early, while other weeks may require extra time to complete urgent client tasks. Occasionally, urgent client issues may require immediate attention, potentially on a weekend or in the evening, but this is kept to a minimum.
You will use a project management software to organize client work, and you will be trained on the system with expectations to record all work and time logs performed for clients. The role is designed so you are not expected to know everything on day one.
Growth path
This position gradually develops toward a project manager track, including managing larger projects, training other staff members, handling a broader range of client issues, and training client employees. Typically, after one to two years, specialists can move up to project manager roles with a significant pay increase and other benefits.
