Job Description

The role is a fully onsite combination of graphic design and digital print responsibilities at Litho Printing, based in Eastpointe, Michigan. Role overview

Job Description

Responsibilities

Attend floorset meetings to grasp the seasonal marketing goals and in-store experience requirements.
Collaborate with merchandisers, concept teams, and visual production to implement the brand vision with clear intent.
Audit the sign inventory and confirm that all marketing needs are captured in partnership with brand marketing and print production teams.
Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners to establish expectations and uphold item quality through accountability.
Lead the execution of all seasonal floorset initiatives in collaboration with the Sr. Manager - Visual Creative Design.
Leverage STAR reporting seasonally to generate documents related to store count.
Create and maintain decks detailing store leaselines.
Review seasonal floorset and how-to documents for element accuracy and clarity of store communications.
Partner with Creative Visual Design Production on seasonal conceptual development for element materials to capture best-in-class techniques and execution.
Summarize meetings and share outcomes and next steps with all cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency; proactively identify risks and propose solutions.
Travel for NSO’s and other special projects as needed.

Requirements

Retail visual, marketing, or print experience is preferred.
Fundamental knowledge of printing processes and techniques.
Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing projects.
Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues, and provide creative solutions.
Strong prioritization, interpersonal, problem solving, and planning skills.
Adobe Suite and graphic design experience is a plus.
