Graphic Designer/Web Designer

Minuteman Press is hiring a Graphic Designer/Web Designer in Princeton, MN to support in-house print production and design work across print and digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the in-house print production and graphic design team on print, marketing, and promotional projects
• Handle typesetting and design tasks for a variety of deliverables, including web design work
• Coordinate with the print production team to support in-house print projects and orders routed through central facility vendors
• Use proprietary pricing and job management software to support project workflow
• Communicate with clients and leads by email and phone to facilitate proofs, quotes, and invoices
• Support customer satisfaction by helping ensure products and services meet customer expectations
• Inform clients about additional products or services
• Identify the quickest, most effective approach to answer client questions
• Escalate questions and concerns to the owner of the business when needed

Requirements

• College degree in graphic design and/or web design
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of CSS and WordPress
• Working knowledge of domain transfers, social media platforms, and email marketing
• Customer-oriented, professional communication skills
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, professional environment
