Customer Service / Graphic Design / Digital Print Production

Minuteman Press Downtown San Diego seeks a Customer Service / Graphic Design / Digital Print Production professional for an onsite role in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via telephone, email, and in person with print, promotional, and design projects
• Handle customer-facing communication directly
• Prepare estimates and work orders
• Support graphic design and prepress tasks
• Submit customer files to vendors
• Operate and support digital printing workflows
• Perform light bindery duties as needed
• Work as part of a cohesive team

Requirements

• Print shop and prepress experience (big plus)
• Experience with graphic design and prepress using Adobe Creative Cloud
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong time management; capable of juggling multiple tasks with aggressive daily deadlines and minimal supervision
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, supporting work from concept to completion
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong math skills, including measurements and fractions
• Professional appearance and attitude

Schedule

• Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 hours per week

Compensation
