Job Description
The Graphic Design/Digital Print Specialist role supports end-to-end print production at Minuteman Press in Winter Park, FL. This full-time, on-site position combines design preparation, digital and large-format print file setup, and coordination of workflows and client communications to help projects move smoothly from proofing to finishing.

Pay: USD 17.00–22.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare files for digital and large-format print production
- Set up print-ready files with accuracy, including attention to detail throughout production preparation
- Operate and manage digital printing equipment; Konica Minolta or Xerox experience is a plus
- Coordinate file distribution to dealer networks
- Assist with production tasks related to finishing and bindery
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with clients
- Work closely with the team to complete projects on time and to a high quality standard
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience with digital printing and production workflow
- Knowledge of file setup elements such as bleeds, color profiles, and print specifications
- PC proficiency
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Prior experience in a print shop or production environment preferred
- Located in Winter Park, FL and/or surrounding area
Relevant Experience Requirements
- Adobe Creative Suite: 2 years (Required)
- Digital Printing: 1 year (Required)
- CorelDraw: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Bindery/Finishing: 1 year (Preferred)
