Large-Format Print Production Specialist with Graphic Design experience

This onsite role blends hands-on large-format print production with basic graphic design, supporting creative work across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. What you’ll do

• Operate and maintain large-format digital printers, including Mimaki and Roland equipment.
• Prepare print files using RIP software, ensuring correct sizing, color, resolution, and cut paths.
• Run finishing equipment such as laminators and vinyl cutters, plus other production tools.
• Produce prints on a range of materials, including vinyl, banners, adhesive graphics, and rigid substrates.
• Work with customer custom graphics for corporate events, weddings, festivals, and special events.
• Create print-ready artwork for banners, signage, backdrops, decals, dance floors, and other event graphics.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to deliver projects accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain quality control, troubleshoot print issues, and perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Support product and solution development by helping develop new creative printing approaches when needed.

What you bring

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience preparing artwork for professional print production.
• Knowledge of color management, file formats, resolution, and print production.
• Experience using vinyl cutting, laminating, and finishing equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality output.

Bonus qualifications

• Experience with Mimaki or Roland UV printers
• Experience printing directly onto acrylic, PVC, foam board, or other rigid materials
• Familiarity with event signage, custom dance floor graphics, and large-format backdrops
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, or other design software

Compensation: USD 25 per hour.
