What youβll do
- Own art direction for assigned events, ensuring every touchpoint including environmental graphics, signage, stage design, and activations reflects a cohesive, on-brand story
- Design event footprints and map user journeys, guiding how attendees move through the space from arrival to departure
- Concept and design interactive and experiential elements such as activations, installations, and digital or tech-enabled moments
- Translate marketing or brand strategy into a tangible, well-paced physical narrative that holds up in real-world flow
- Provide creative direction and informal mentorship to junior designers project-by-project
- Partner with brand design, copy, producers, and strategists to turn concepts into production-ready creative
- Maintain strict quality control across design deliverables, identifying inconsistencies and detail issues before production
- Travel to events to oversee on-site execution and setup, making real-time creative and production calls
- Present creative direction and rationale to stakeholders to build alignment across cross-functional partners
- Manage multiple concurrent event programs, balancing creative ambition with production timelines and budgets
What you bring
- 5-8 years of design and/or art direction experience, with a portfolio spanning event design and brand design
- Experience designing event footprints and user journeys for large-scale activations
- Exposure to interactive or experiential design, including activations, installations, and digital or tech-driven experiences
- Comfort providing creative direction to junior designers, even without formal management experience
- Strong fluency in environmental and spatial design, including stage design, signage, wayfinding, and large-format production
- Solid brand design background with an eye for how identity systems translate into physical space
- Proven ability to translate strategy into experience, turning briefs into tangible, on-brand spaces
- Meticulous attention to detail and a track record of maintaining quality under tight deadlines
- Comfort presenting and pitching creative direction to stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to oversee on-site event design and setup
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with 3D/rendering tools or interactive prototyping tools is a plus
- B2B and/or tech experience is a strong plus

Compensation: The typical base salary range for this position is $117,400 - $177,600 annually. Salesforce may determine compensation based on location, job level, and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range represents base salary only and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, or benefits as applicable.
