Salesforce's AgentExchange UX team is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to shape enterprise-grade web and mobile experiences, extend our design system, and advance accessibility across products. This role blends hands-on design leadership with close collaboration across product, engineering, and marketing to deliver scalable solutions for users around the world.

- Salary: USD 148,500 - 223,900 per year
- Experience: 5+ years designing and delivering software products from start to finish as part of a cross-functional team

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and user research teams to define the vision for your product area
- Bridge design, product, engineering, and marketing endeavors to align outcomes
- Oversee multiple web and mobile features, interfaces, and experiences
- Convey clear, compelling ideas to stakeholders through documentation, reviews, and presentations
- Produce wireframes, storyboards, concepts, and collateral to communicate research results and justify new ideas
- Create designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide and design system
- Generate detailed final design specifications that guide accurate developer builds
- Collaborate with developers and quality experts to deliver a polished final product
- Promote and educate others on new interface guidelines and design patterns
- Mentor new design staff
- Develop software with global reach, universal design, and accessibility for multilingual and diverse user bases
- Advocate for accessibility by encouraging management to prioritize accessible features and bug fixes
- Support the product's creative identity and guide the team through its implementation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering software products from start to finish as part of a cross-functional team
- Ability to deliver solutions on time independently and with on-site and distributed teams
- Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices, plus experience using analytics and research to drive decisions and iterations
- Ability to explore ideas, persuade, and build consensus on fast-moving projects with varying degrees of ambiguity and deadlines
- Capability to deliver original, high-quality design work that is conceptually strong and aligns with business needs and project phase fidelity
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships across product and engineering
- Familiarity with managing large design initiatives and competing priorities
- Demonstrated desire to continually improve processes
- Can design and think in design systems, not just single-purpose apps
- Consider how design impacts ethics and equality, and have the conviction to speak up when needed
- Expert knowledge of current design tools such as Figma, with the ability to learn new tools
- A related technical degree is required
