Lead UI/UX Designer
Job Description
Salesforce seeks a Lead UI/UX Designer to guide the design direction for Agentforce for Service from its San Francisco campus, working onsite to align business objectives with user needs across multiple workstreams. You will mentor teams, shape cross-functional programs, and push the Salesforce Design System forward in AI-enabled service experiences. The role offers a salary range of USD 172,500 - 285,800 per year.
Responsibilities

- Relentlessly simplify complex systems by applying modern design patterns and emerging technologies to elevate UX quality, while evolving Salesforce Design System (SLDS2) patterns for consistency, scalability, and reuse.
- Collaborate with Research to convert insights into experience maps, journeys, and narratives that inform product direction through rapid, iterative loops.
- Raise the bar across the team through design critique, pairing, and mentorship, modeling craft and AI tooling and helping designers grow through influence rather than authority.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams, with a track record of owning a significant product area and aligning across multiple workstreams.
- Deep understanding of AI and its applications in workflow, with mastery of user-centered design methods, research, and usability testing, and a commitment to staying current with industry developments.
- Ability to influence others and build consensus across teams while navigating ambiguity, with experience working in design systems and a preference for simple solutions to complex problems.
