Job Description

Salesforce is hiring a Senior Product Designer for the Sales Cloud UX team. The position focuses on shaping the end-to-end experience of Sales Cloud, including the design and development of intelligent, agentic experiences.

Role Overview

You will research, design, and prototype new experience flows for Sales Cloud while working closely with product and engineering partners. The work includes defining the vision, translating it into detailed design specifications, and delivering polished experiences through strong collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design AI and agentic experiences, including conversational interfaces, agent workflows, human-in-the-loop controls, and trust and transparency patterns.
  • Rapidly build working prototypes using vibe coding and AI tools to explore ideas, validate with users, and align stakeholders.
  • Partner with product owners, engineers, and user research to set direction and produce detailed design specs to support shipping high-quality products.
  • Extend the design system for AI-driven patterns and advocate for accessible, globally universal design.

Requirements

  • 4+ years designing and delivering software products end to end within a cross-functional team.
  • Experience designing AI-powered products or features, including portfolio examples that demonstrate process and key decision-making.
  • Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your design workflow, including vibe coding, with expert knowledge of Figma.
  • Strong communication skills and systems thinking, with the ability to build consensus on fast-moving, ambiguous projects.

Location & Salary

San Francisco, CA (onsite). USD 99,400 - 163,500 per year.
