Job Description

Chicago Display Marketing Corporation is seeking a Creative Director to lead its creative organization from the Franklin Park, IL office. This onsite role directs a 6-person Creative Team and focuses on raising the standard of design, engineering, and branding across client projects and the CDM identity.

Working at the intersection of creative development and practical manufacturing execution, you will help set the design department’s creative direction while coordinating day-to-day project files and the creative pipeline.

Role overview

Lead and supervise a 6-person creative team
Drive, elevate, and evolve design delivery for client work and Chicago Display branding
Coordinate daily creative operations, including project files and the creative pipeline

Responsibilities

Provide innovative design and thorough engineering for display concepts that align with client objectives and CDM quality standards
Ensure the Design department’s creative execution meets the same quality criteria
Stay current on design practices, manufacturing methods, material options, and industry trends for yourself and the creative team
Lead CDM brand guidelines by developing content and creative assets across graphic design, video, website, print, and social
Partner with Sales and Production by producing marketing materials that support CDM business development
Understand CDM manufacturing equipment and capabilities, and apply that knowledge to design ideation
Provide direct leadership, supervision, and development of the design team
Interface with the 4-person Sales Team to prioritize projects
Maintain minimal travel for trainings and critical client meetings

Requirements

Solid background in industrial design, display design, and graphic design
Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing
Ability to translate client needs and objectives into fully engineered concepts
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and inspire the team and promote collaboration
Strong business acumen and results orientation, with professional written and verbal communication skills
Agile ideation with resilience under pressure and against deadlines
Confidence and assertiveness that helps build respect among colleagues

Responsibilities

Design full-arch implant-supported restorations using exocad DentalCAD
Design All-on-X and fixed full-arch provisional and final prosthetics
Create designs for single implant crowns and implant-supported bridges
Design crowns, bridges, and other restorative cases
Review digital impressions and intraoral scans for accuracy and completeness
Work with STL and other digital dental files
Evaluate restorative space, emergence profiles, tissue contours, contacts, and occlusion
Design provisional PMMA restorations and final zirconia restorations
Update designs based on doctor and clinical team feedback
Check cases for potential design or manufacturing concerns before production
Maintain organized digital case files and accurate case documentation
Communicate with doctors, clinical team members, and laboratory/production personnel
Manage multiple cases while meeting required production timelines

Requirements

Knowledge of CAM, nesting, milling, and/or 3D printing workflows

ROAM Adventure Co. is hiring a hands-on Product Designer and Product Development Lead to drive vehicle accessories and outdoor gear from first concept to production and market launch. This onsite role in Show Low, AZ brings together industrial design, CAD engineering, prototype iteration, and vendor coordination to keep projects on track and launch-ready.

What you’ll do

Own the end-to-end product journey, taking items from early concept through production and market launch.
Lead CAD design, prototyping, and testing, while managing outside contractors and manufacturers to meet timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.
Design parts and assemblies in SolidWorks or Autodesk Fusion 360.
Create manufacturing-ready drawings and documentation.
Work across multiple product types, including sheet metal components, 3D printed parts, soft goods (bags, organizers, covers), cast aluminum components, and injection-molded parts.
Build, test, and iterate functional prototypes, then perform real-world testing and revise designs based on feedback.
Own product development timelines from concept to production, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Coordinate and manage outside contractors, fabricators, and manufacturers, tracking milestones, identifying risks, and keeping work moving forward.
Hold vendors accountable for quality, communication, and delivery schedules.
Collaborate closely with internal product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure products are launch-ready.
