Job Description

Global KTech is seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to contribute to a Healthcare Contact Center project. The contract role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Lead user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
Develop user journeys, personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Design intuitive workflows that enhance user satisfaction and efficiency.
Create visually compelling UI designs aligned with brand guidelines.
Ensure responsive and accessible design across web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define and implement design solutions.
Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, advocating for user centered design principles.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or in a similar role.
A strong portfolio showcasing user centered design projects.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalents.
Solid understanding of user centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and responsive, accessible design.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
