UI/UX Designer

Global KTech is seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to contribute to a Healthcare Contact Center project. The contract role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop user journeys, personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive workflows that enhance user satisfaction and efficiency.
• Create visually compelling UI designs aligned with brand guidelines.
• Ensure responsive and accessible design across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define and implement design solutions.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, advocating for user centered design principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user centered design projects.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalents.
• Solid understanding of user centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and responsive, accessible design.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
