Lead Designer, FBAT & Golf Graphic Design

Join Nike's Jordan Design team as a lead graphic designer focused on FBAT and Golf. You will shape the visual language across apparel and footwear, translating insights into compelling graphics and storytelling. This onsite role is based in Beaverton, Oregon, and sits at the intersection of design leadership and cross-functional collaboration to push boundaries and elevate the Jordan brand.

What you will work on

• Concept, sketch, and present innovative designs that push boundaries and elevate the Jordan brand, collaborating with cross-functional partners to realize ideas in physical products and narratives.

Who you will work with

• Collaborate with teams across FBAT (Football, Baseball, Athletic Training) and Golf, working with design, operations, and leadership to bring concepts to life.
• Partner with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver creative solutions aligned with the Jordan Design ethos.

• Partner with design, development, and business teams to deliver creative solutions that meet brand objectives.
• Translate consumer insights into authentic visual storytelling across apparel and footwear.
• Develop graphics, patterns, and layouts that resonate with a diverse audience.
• Present design intent clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple projects at once while upholding design excellence.
• Champion inclusivity and elevate diverse perspectives within the creative process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field; other suitable combinations of education, experience, and training are acceptable.
• 5-7+ years of graphic design experience in an agency or in-house setting.
• Expertise in typography, illustration, color theory, and layout.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with emerging digital spaces.
• Ability to adapt to change, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.
