What you'll work on

  • Concepting, sketching, and presenting groundbreaking innovative designs
  • Collaborating across functional teams to translate ideas into physical products
  • Partnering with development and business teams, as well as athletes, down to the finest details from trims and print applications to compelling presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Creating narratives and visuals across a range of products
  • Managing a broad set of responsibilities and experiences to push design forward
  • Collaborating, incorporating feedback, and juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Presenting design narratives and sketches to executives and external partners
  • Translating complex insights into authentic narratives and effective solutions that shape Nike Accessories

Who you'll work with

You will collaborate with multiple teams of designers, developers, and product managers to deliver creative solutions aligned with the Nike Design Ethos. This role requires strong collaboration to meet timelines, ensure design feasibility, and build consensus around your thinking. The position reports to the Accessories Graphic Director and does not have direct reports.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training)
  • 7 years of graphic design experience in agency or in-house settings
  • Passion for and understanding of current and emerging design trends and visual culture
  • Ability to translate insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling
  • Adaptability to change and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficient understanding of typography design and trends
  • Strong visual and verbal communication skills for presenting design intent
  • Proficiency in sketching, illustration, print and pattern, color theory, and layout
  • Experience with graphic applications, development, PR and schematic tools, and apparel product creation processes
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, CLO 3D, and comfort with new digital spaces
  • Commitment to elevating diverse viewpoints and fostering inclusivity
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure accurate intent and execution across product types
  • Passion for design, sport, strategic thinking, and curiosity
