- Drive brand awareness and engagement by delivering strategic creative deliverables.
- Own full end-to-end execution: develop clear creative strategy and narrative for each concept, deliver best-in-class art direction and graphic design, and bring stories to life across channels including the retail landscape (owned and partner doors) and digital and social platforms.
- Direct world-class creative storytelling for both high-impact, multi-million-dollar campaigns against sport briefs and key sport moments designed to perform on social platforms.
- Lead work across creative disciplines with an emphasis on end-to-end deliverables from concept to channel execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external talent such as photographers, filmmakers, illustrators, designers, and their agents, coordinating with internal leads to support the strongest approach.
- Collaborate closely across Art & design, Social and digital, Brand Experience, Narrative & Voice, and Production & Operations.
- Ensure projects are well-planned, creatively exceptional, and delivered on time, working with operations to secure appropriate resourcing.
- Review work for quality, consistency, accuracy, and successful completion, while continuously improving the creative process through critical evaluation.
- Simultaneously deliver integrated creative solutions aligned to seasonal strategy and partner upstream with product concept sport leads to build cohesive internal marketing stories.
- Stay current on emerging trends relevant to Running, fashion, design, film, art, media, and technology.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field. NIKE will accept any suitable combination of education and experience, and training.
- 10+ years leading concept, design, narrative, and art direction in a branded content, agency, editorial, or marketing environment.
- Deep understanding of Running sport and style and a passion for the athlete and the sport’s culture.
- Experience mentoring and leading creative teams, with a focus on helping team members grow, succeed, and advance.
