$150k - $250k/yr Full time Ai Prototyping Collaboration Design

Apply Now

Job Description

Raylu AI is hiring a Senior Product Designer to help investors find and act on deals, with an end-to-end, weekly shipping mindset.

Responsibilities

Own product design end to end, taking features from early, unclear problems through wireframes, high-fidelity design, and shipped outcomes
Design interfaces for data-dense workflows, turning market maps, company signals, research, and outreach into tools investors can scan, trust, and act on quickly
Ship weekly by getting work in front of users early, learning from what is live, and iterating instead of waiting for perfect
Own outcomes by following work through launch, measuring whether it worked, and fixing what did not
Prototype to reach answers fast using AI tools, Figma, or code and explore new interaction patterns for working alongside AI
Work closely with engineering to understand technical constraints, refine what ships, and help define what “polish” means
Talk with users continuously through interviews and usability tests with investors, then synthesize findings to support roadmap decisions
Build the product design system by identifying shared patterns and translating them into reusable components
Take ownership by deciding what matters most and driving it forward without waiting to be told
Days 1–30: learn the product and users by sitting in on customer calls, interviewing investors, auditing the current experience for friction and inconsistency, and shipping a first improvement within the first two weeks
Days 31–60: continue shipping meaningful improvements to a core workflow and extend shared design system foundations
Days 61–90: lead design on a major new feature from concept to launch, and propose design priorities for the next quarter

Requirements

Startup product design experience, with work you can clearly walk through from problem to shipped result
Systems thinking experience tackling open-ended problems beyond one-off flows
Craft and judgment with attention to polish and detail, plus an ability to be scrappy when needed
Prototyping instinct focused on interactions (not static screens), using AI tools, Figma, or code to get to “try it” fast
Clear communication: explain tradeoffs and make ideas land with engineers, founders, and customers
Bias to action by finding problems, proposing fixes, shipping, and measuring progress by what ships (not only what is designed)
Resilience to handle tough feedback, killed ideas, and sudden changes while returning with a better version
Low ego, high standards: hold strong opinions loosely, ask for critique, and prioritize the best idea winning
Ability to raise the energy of the room: constructive under pressure, assume good intent, and help people around you improve
Sharp prioritization to juggle multiple projects while knowing what matters most this week

Benefits

Daily paid lunches; wellness + Citi Bike benefits
Health, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) with 3% automatic contribution (no vesting)
High-performance in-office culture in Midtown Manhattan (Mon–Fri)
Unlimited PTO

Mission

Private markets influence what gets built and how innovation scales, yet origination still relies on manual workflows and fragmented tools
Raylu is the AI origination engine for private markets, helping investors see more of the market, qualify faster, and move first
Built for Growth Equity and PE, powering sourcing for leading funds with:
- Real-time market maps aligned to your thesis
- Standardized, enriched company signals and benchmark
- Deep contextual research on emerging companies
- Automated, fund-voice outreach to founders and execs

Role focus

$210k - $235k/yr Full time Ai Product Designer Ai Prototyping Collaboration

Apply Now

Job Description

Ironclad, Inc. is hiring a Staff Product Designer in San Francisco to shape how legal and business teams experience contracts from end to end. This hybrid role is focused on leading design across core contracting workflows and AI-powered experiences, working closely with product, engineering, data, and AI teams to ship, learn, and iterate quickly.

What you will do

Own design strategy for a major area of the CLM platform end to end, from problem framing and exploration through launch, iteration, and measurement, tying design choices to customer outcomes such as adoption, time saved, cycle-time reduction, and product quality.
Shape AI-powered experiences and agent behavior, including where agents assist versus act, what context they need, how users maintain control, and how experiences communicate grounding, provenance, confidence, and limitations.
Design for trust and explainability, including human-in-the-loop control, evaluation and monitoring, and safe failure modes.
Prototype rapidly using AI-native tools and emerging methods as a default part of the workflow, using prototypes to explore interaction models, test concepts with customers, and work through technical tradeoffs with engineering before designs are fully specified.
Build and evolve reusable design patterns across workflows, search, data-rich surfaces, and AI experiences, strengthening the design system so teams can reuse durable capabilities across the platform.
Partner with product, engineering, data, AI, and domain experts to translate customer problems and product signals into clear decisions, bringing qualitative research, telemetry, instrumentation, and technical constraints into the process early.
Lead through influence by articulating a point of view, making tradeoffs legible, aligning executives and cross-functional partners on what to build and why, and mentoring designers through live project work to raise organizational design quality.

What you bring

8+ years designing digital products, including several years in complex B2B or enterprise software, and experience leading at least one systemic, end-to-end initiative that changed a measurable product or business outcome.
Strong systems thinking, with the ability to create coherent experiences across interconnected workflows and establish patterns that scale across products, teams, and technical foundations.
Experience designing AI-powered experiences, agentic workflows, search, data-rich products, or similar systems where trust, explainability, and human control are essential, and the ability to make complex technical ideas understandable and useful.
Comfort working at engineering pace, prototyping in days, iterating in public, using AI-native tools such as Figma, Lovable, and Claude Code, and making progress without waiting for a fully scoped PRD.
Strong product judgment and decision accountability across customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, and long-term platform leverage.
Leadership presence and exceptional storytelling, communicating tradeoffs and recommendations directly to executives and cross-functional partners in writing and in the room.
A track record of mentoring designers and improving design practice through influence rather than authority.
Experience with contract lifecycle management, legal technology, document AI, knowledge graphs, or enterprise workflow software is a plus.
