Builder - Product Designer

Reevo is hiring a product designer at the start of their career. This role is designed for someone who already builds with AI and is ready to take ownership of well-scoped product areas from design through front-end shipping, with close guidance from senior collaborators.

Role Overview

You will own scoped parts of the product, prototype in code, and ship front-end work. The position emphasizes fast iteration and learning from real customer and sales interactions, so your design decisions are informed by evidence from the field.

This is an in-office role in the Bay Area, based five days a week in either the San Francisco or Santa Clara office, with one day a week in Santa Clara. You will work alongside senior designers, engineers, and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Handle well-scoped design problems end to end, including flows, states, edge cases, and detailed implementation readiness, delivering on time with a lead or senior designer nearby.
• Prototype in code using AI agents to reach clickable results quickly and bring early, imperfect concepts in front of users.
• Join sales calls and review customer recordings to understand how SDRs, AEs, sales managers, and RevOps leaders operate, using those insights to guide decisions.
• Build on the existing design system, and when gaps exist, identify them, communicate the need, and help build the case for what should be added.
• Bring work to design crit early and regularly.
• Share tools and techniques you discover, with an emphasis on team-wide adoption of practical workflows.
• Document what you made and why, and update your work when evidence indicates changes are needed.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional product design experience, including new graduates. Internships, freelance work, and personal projects you built all count.
• A portfolio showing real design work and real things you have built.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily design practice, including building with them.
• Strong craft instincts and a clear interest in improving quickly.
• Curiosity and a technical bent.
• Comfort with a codebase, a terminal, and tools you have not used before.
• High agency.
• Based in the Bay Area and available to work in the office five days a week at either the San Francisco or Santa Clara office, with one day a week in Santa Clara.

No B2B or sales software experience is required.
