Staff Product Designer

Clarify is building an AI-native CRM designed for how modern go-to-market teams work in practice. The product moves quickly, with major releases planned (including integrations, an AI Rep, reporting, and Signals launching in December), and the company needs a second product designer to take full ownership of key experience areas from early framing through shipped UI.

This role is hybrid in Seattle, WA, with team members outside Seattle working fully distributed. You will partner directly with engineers, design data-dense workflows for core parts of the CRM, and iterate quickly based on what customers say.

Role focus

• Own design for a core product area end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped interface
• Be the bridge between design and engineering by partnering with developers on a daily basis, getting work into production every week
• Design data-dense workflows such as records, tables, pipelines, AI agents, and signals that feel fast and intuitive
• Use prototypes and AI-assisted approaches, including prototyping with AI tools and code, to test ideas before they are added to the roadmap
• Establish patterns and components that help engineers ship consistent UI without needing a designer in every step of the process
• Talk with customers and use their input to determine what to build next

What you bring

• Experience at a Staff level or above, setting design direction across a product rather than a single feature
• Early design experience at a B2B SaaS startup, with a track record of shipping product outcomes, not just mockups
• The ability to go from problem to high-fidelity in days and continue iterating after launch
• Strong interaction design instincts for complex, data-heavy tools
• Comfort working hand in hand with engineers and understanding how designs translate into implementation
• Experience using AI tools in your design workflow, with clear opinions on where they add value
• A portfolio that shows shipped work and the thinking behind it
• Bonus: Experience designing sales, CRM, or developer tools
• Bonus: Ability to prototype in React/Next.js

Compensation and benefits

• Salary: USD 160,000 - 220,000 per year, depending on level and location
