Product Designer

C3 AI is looking for a Product Designer to help shape the user experience across C3 AI applications and strengthen the team’s design system. This onsite role in Redwood City, CA combines product collaboration, hands-on prototyping (including AI-based approaches), and active support for design best practices across the organization. Compensation for the position is USD 108,000 to 124,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with design and product leadership to refine design concepts, evolve the design language, and translate new ideas into product-ready work.
• Prototype designs using AI and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Document design concepts to support alignment and long-term consistency.
• Partner with the entire design team to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Share design insights and support adoption of design best practices throughout the organization.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving design best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human-computer interaction, graphic design, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of design systems and UI/UX principles; prior experience designing products and design systems is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, including a commitment to pixel perfection and a holistic user experience; proven pixel-perfect execution is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration, including the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment, ideally within a cross-functional team.
• Accessibility best practices knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.
