UI/UX Engineer

IDR, Inc. is hiring a UI/UX Engineer for a hybrid opportunity based in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will shape user experiences across dashboards and operational workflows within a data-driven organization, with a focus on analytics UX and workflow management.

You will help translate complex information into clear product experiences, supporting end-to-end processes tied to case operations while creating practical UX standards for evolving platform needs.

What you’ll do

• Design user experiences that balance dashboards with operational workflows for an evolving platform.
• Create reusable UX patterns for analytics experiences, including drilldowns, filtering, exploration, and role-based views.
• Collaborate with data/BI and engineering teams to support data modeling and decision-making processes.
• Map and simplify end-to-end workflows related to case operations, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Develop core UX deliverables such as user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction standards.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or UX engineering on complex software products.
• Strong ability to design for data-heavy experiences, including dashboards and operational analytics.
• Experience understanding and designing around real workflows, including case management and claims.
• Comfort working closely with technical teams and participating in detailed collaboration.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
